Scary!

Imagine!
You are a volunteer playing a role of a patient and
give your arm to be injected by a beginner,
What do you feel if you see the one's hand trembling?

Scary?

But thie is our destiny.
Everyone is a beginner at first.
Everyone needs a practice.
Even if it is a littel bit painful.

I know that I won't die because of it,
but Scary almost kills me......

Cry of my heart"Help me!"(>_<)

Yoga exercise

Today was the second time for me to do Yoga!
It is held in a small room in our town public bath facilities,
so you can take a bathe after exercise:-)

When I enterd the room, it was perfumed of nice scent
and my mind at ease in a second.
The instructor is a woman who has a nice voice.
Listening her voice and following her instructions,
I was able to concentrate on making a pose.
Of course, they weren't perfect. But she said that the important
thing is to feel yourself which part of the body you are moving now
and not try hard when you stretch. Not painful but comfortable is good.
The way of breathing is also important.
It is not easy to breath deeply while moving, but taking a lot of oxigen makes
me feel very refreshed.

I am in a good mood now.
So, I can work with smile tomorrow!:-)

Setomono(porcelain)Matsuri(festival) in Seto

Seto-city is famous for pocerlain. It is the next town to Nagoya.
Every year, on the Saturday and Sunday of the second week in September,
Setomo-Matsuri( Porcelain festival) takes place.
There are about 250 porcelin stalls along the Seto river
and you can have a chance to find your favorite one as very reasonable price!
You may ask for the discount,so why don't you try?;-)
When you go to there, I recommend to use a Meitetsu-Seto line.
You can see a lot of wind-bells made by pocerlain hanging down at the station.
Various unique shapes and clean sound will make you feel comfrotable while you wait for a train!
One more!
Don't forget to bring an umbrella with you.
No one knows why,but it always has a rain shower in two days...

Have a nice weekend!

Schiller

Today I was off!:-)
I enjoyed my time at home leisurely.
I ate a very delicious pasta with tomato and cheese for lunch
and watched a german movie"Schiller"which I barrow from my german teacher.
No japanese subtitle,so I consentrated on listening what they said in german.
It was too fast for me to catch the whole words yet,but tried to imagine the story
from little words I catched and the picture on the screen.
There are a lot of curious things now.

Hope someone will give me some information about "Schiller"?

And why thier mole is changing the place?:-o

Finally, next prince will come?

Today many japanese peoples were excited to hear the news.

"Princess Kiko delivered a baby and he is a boy!"

Why this new made us so excited?

In Japan only men can succeed to the throne.
However no boy has been borned for 41 years in the imperial family.
The Crown Prince Naruhito and the crown princess Masako have only one child
and she is a 4 age- year- old girl.No boy.
So far his yonger brother Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko have two girls.
But no boy,too.
The Imperial family faced a crisis of continuing to exist.
Some intelligentsia discussed that it is the right time
to change the Imperial Houselaw
as "Woman can succeed the throne!".
But it is not easy.
Many japanese still don't want to change the historical system.

Here a boy has come!
What will they do?

well, wait and see.

As for me,
I don't care which one will be an emperor.
Woman emperor is OK for me! :-)

Take a blood sample

Usually I work in the laboratory as a medical technologyst.
My major subject is cytology. So I spend most time with a microscope.
But three or four times a month I do a different job.
That is "take a blood sample".
It is a hard work.
If it successes to get a blood sample at one time and less pain,
I feel very satisfied and confident.
However if it fails, I feel like being thrown into the abyss of despair in a instant.
I am deepley depressed because I am very sorry for the patients.

Before I started to do this job, I studied which blood vessels are more sutable for injection.
Then I practiced with a rubber arm how to inject a needle.
After this, I practiced real arms of my colleagues many times.
But the real is not easy.
Patients' blood vessels are various.
It runs straight or cross, visible or invisible, hard or soft etc...
I am somtimes at a loss.

My teacher said "you have to learn a lots from the patients".
This is the most impotant thing I should remember.
I need to practice more and more,
but I should not forget to thank for the patients who give me the chance to learn.
